Fierce Young Individuals (FYI)

LEAD Logo FYI is a group of four Strong, Smart & Bold girls (Alexys, Kit, Ceirra & Sebastian) from Girls Inc. of NW Oregon. Together they designed a leadership program, LEAD, for young women including: an interactive video, activity worksheets and step-by-step directions. The project mission: “Our mission is to help girls learn how they can become a leader.” Objectives include: teaching girls that they can pursue their dreams with confidence, increase awareness of what qualities make a great leader and to have FUN!

Enjoy the entire LEAD video or just watch portions. All instructional video links and activities were designed to be used by girl groups to increase leadership skills. Watch together and follow along. Each activity is approximately 10 - 20 minutes depending on group size.
